PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION

Overclip Premium is a recurring subscription. You can cancel a free trial or subscription anytime by going to your account settings on the App Store. Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You are not allowed to print or sale any picture or video created with this app.

Many images and videos are made available in the app in order to be used as backgrounds. You are not allowed to extract/download those images and videos and to use them outside the app.

Adult Themed Content

you’re not allowed to use the app to create content that contains nudity, sex acts, sexually suggestive activities or sexually explicit material.

Child Sexual Abuse Imagery & Pedophilia

you’re not allowed to use the app to create content that sexually exploits children. This includes all child sexual abuse imagery (even cartoon images).

to infridge on Copyrighted Content

you’re not allowed to use the app to create content that infringes on third parties intellectual property rights

Dangerous Content

you’re not allowed to use the app for illegal activities or to promote goods, services, or information that facilitates or causes serious and immediate harm to other people or animals.
