If you decide to upload one of your scan to our servers - for example in order to share it with a web link, or to easily open it from your computer - , you will be given a random URL dedicated to this scan, which allows to view this scan on the "CamToPlan 3D Viewer" Website. Those URLs are complicated enough to prevent anyone from stumbling upon them by mistake, but they are not private. Anyone with this link can open the scan on the "CamToPlan 3D Viewer" Website. In addition, any scan can be easily deleted from our servers by simply clicking "delete scan" in the menu of the website.Please make sure to agree with the "CamToPlan 3D Viewer" Website terms of use, before uploading any scan to our servers.

Capture Premium is a recurring subscription. You can cancel a free trial or subscription anytime by going to your account settings on the App Store. Subscription with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with French law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris (France).
